If you are having problems with your Lasershow Designer system, please check
the following items. If you decide your QM32 or QM2000 board should be
returned for repair, click here for a return authorization form.
Is the problem with the
computer/LD or with the projector?

Do the LD and Showtime programs operate normally?

In Showtime, load a show with its frames, and use the Preview button
to call up the Preview Window. Then play the show to see if it
previews OK.
-- If the show runs fine in the Preview Window,
then Showtime is operating fine. The problem is either in the QM board
not outputting signals, in the cable(s) going to the projector, or in
the projector.
-- If the show does not run normally, then
either you did not load frames, or there is a problem with Showtime or
the LD system.

Is the problem related to playing music with Showtime
2000? If so, please see this page: Using

Is the problem with the computer
or with LD?

Install LD on a another computer and see if it works. If so,
then the problem is in the first computer. If not, the problem is
probably in LD (but also could be something common to both computers).

If you have another LD system, install the other QM board in your
computer and see if it works. If so, then the problem is with the QM
board. If not, the problem is probably in your computer (but could also
be in the installed LD software).
