This year, we had 28 entries for the Pangolin Prize competition. This is more than double the number of entries received in any prior year. All entries were EXCELLENT and all were created with the LD2000 system. During the awards presentation, all entries were played direct from computer for the audience of over 30 people who voted for their favorite. Despite the large number of entries this year, the point-spread between the first, second and third place winners was quite dramatic. Our congratulations to the 2001 winners!
	1st	"Kryptonite" graphics show Chuck Rau, Audio Visual Imagineering, Orlando, USA. Chuck wins $1000, plus an award plaque.
	2nd	"One More Time" graphics show David Kennedy, Strictly FX, Chicago, USA. David wins $500 plus an award plaque. This show also won a 2001 third place ILDA award for ISP Graphic Module.
	3rd	"Dead Man's Party" graphics show Richard Barros, Audio Visual Imagineering, Orlando, USA. Richard wins $250 plus an award plaque. This show also won a 2001 third place ILDA award for ISP Graphic Module.
	HM	"Dov'e L'amore" beam show Patrick Dietzel, Laserlight Showdesign, Berlin, Germany. Patrick receives an award certificate. Free show for Pangolin users As a bonus for Pangolin users, one of the winning shows, Patrick Dietzel's "Dov'e L'amore" beam show, is provided free as part of the latest LD2000 installation CD-ROM.
